bodywork menu

craniosacral

“deep listening.” craniosacral is a gentle bodywork modality which tends to the nervous system, specifically the head, spine and hips. we use very gentle touch to follow the subtle movement patterns of muscle and fascia to unwind tension without force. this is deeply relaxing and restorative work.

nervous system reset

"not your traditional swedish," a soothing focus on the spine and opening the flow of circulation into the limbs. it utilizes a very slowed pace to reach deeply into muscle tissue.

sensory repatterning

"the shakeout," using full body rocking we shake off tension and soften the fascia throughout the body, releasing muscle tension and stuck energy in the body. this lubricates joints and promotes mobility.

combo

this combines both craniosacral and sensory repatterning. this helps relieve sensations of hyperactivity, restlessness, and promotes nervous system regulation.
