moss is a co-working, wellness, and event space in venice, california, offering private offices, co-working space, wellness amenities (including sauna, cold plunge, and red-light therapy), and community events. the site provides information about our space, memberships, and events, and allows you to book tours, apply for membership, and sign up for our newsletter.
actual use of the physical space, memberships, and wellness amenities is governed by a separate membership agreement and any applicable waivers you sign in person or electronically. in the event of a conflict between these terms and a signed membership agreement, the membership agreement controls with respect to your use of the physical facility.
2. eligibility
you must be at least 18 years old to use the site, book a tour, or apply for membership.
3. use of the site
you agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. you agree not to:

4. bookings, applications & third-party tools
tour scheduling, membership applications, and member account management are facilitated through third-party platforms (currently calendly, typeform, and nexudus). your use of these tools is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service. we are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues arising from these third-party platforms, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
submitting a tour request or membership application does not guarantee tour availability, membership approval, or space availability. memberships are subject to our approval and available capacity.
5. membership & wellness facilities — assumption of risk
use of the moss facility, including all co-working areas, private offices, and wellness amenities (sauna, cold plunge, red-light therapy, bodywork, breathwork, meditation spaces, and similar offerings), involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with heat exposure, cold exposure, and physical activity.
by using any wellness amenity, you acknowledge and agree that:
you are using these facilities voluntarily and at your own risk
you should consult a physician before using sauna, cold plunge, or similar amenities if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or have any health concerns
moss is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
you are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions to staff before participating in wellness services
members and guests may be required to sign a separate liability waiver before using certain amenities.
6. intellectual property
all content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and the "moss" name and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any site content without our prior written consent.
